On referencing a Live DGN, the user will be prompted for a password. When authenticated with the database, the features in the DGN that correspond to the connecting information will be refreshed. If the Live DGN has not been updated within the time defined by GDI_LIVE_DGN_MIN_REFRESH_SECONDS, then it will be updated.
